To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for all our clients, please take note of our booking policy:
💳 Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee is required when scheduling any treatment.
⏰ Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a charge of your deposit plus 50% of the remaining treatment cost.
🚫 No-Shows: Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
✔️ Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed with a valid credit or debit card. Unconfirmed bookings may be released.
